Nov 24. At Toyohashi City's Yoshida Castle giving a talk show on local history, particularly the role Yoshida Castle played in the Battle Of Nagashino, and it's importance as a post town on the famed Tokaido route.
The crowd consisted of locals as well as fans
After the hour long talk show, many of the audience joined me for a walk and talk around the old castles grounds. The restored turret is currently being cleaned and was covered by tarps and scaffolding,...
...so instead, the talk centered on the castles stone walls, and how it would have looked...
...and of course, photos with the fans...
