...it was a slow cow pulled cart ride into the jungle....
Where we did some Thai jungle survival cooking,...which sounds more exciting than saying we learned the most simple of Thai salads to make...
Anyway, I put a bit of muscle into squashing some strange looking vegetables together,...
...before mounting an elephant for a trek thru the jungle! The jungle was great, everything was green, the air was clear, the sky was blue, the sun was hot and bright...just hope my companion doesn't get elephant sick...
