Saturday April 17, I flew from Nagoya to Toyama Prefecture, a 50 minute flight to Henmi Ueda
where wine sellers, Village Cellars have their, ....well, cellars!
We flew over the snow capped Japan Alps, conditions were perfect, and from 6,000ft (1,800M) we could almost see the Japan Sea from Takayama in Central Japan.
On landing at Henmi Ueda, the guys enjoyed some wine tasting, while Richard at Village Cellars enjoyed pouring and explaining, and later selling some Australian wines
After wine tasting at Village Cellars, it was onto another winery, Yamafuji in Toyama Prefecture for lunch and a 55 minute flight home. In all, 2hrs 5 mins flight time logged.
