Dec. 9, Did a talk event for a group of businessmen who run home renovations and housing reform companies. They wanted to know about western style houses, why Australian homes retain their values even after 30 years, while modern Japanese houses aren't built to last, and about foreign views on Japan.
After the hour-long talk session, most of the group leaders and I went off for drinkies and dinner where the talk got even crazier as the businessmen got fuller. A fun night out!
