This Universal Studios set was so realistic,...it could well have been early 80's Lockerbie! The only difference being, it was so quiet, and there were no bodies or rescue workers...or news crews either.
The water World attraction was a fun, exciting stunt show featuring jet skis and boats on a huge pool side set. Plenty of explosions too! At the climax, a sea plane glider is launched from the top central stage and plops down into the pool....
Splashdown!! Being in the central front row meant we were as wet as the stuntmen who actually went into the pool! I still think the Water World attraction is so much better than the movie itself.
